Pricing FAQ
Can I try Quaze for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you watch one product end to end, with continuous, runtime-aware vulnerability monitoring and a 7-day data retention window. No credit card required.
What is your retention policy?
Retention scales with your plan: 7 days on Free, 90 days on Starter, 1 year on Team, and 3 years on Enterprise. Enterprise customers can also export the audit log to keep their own copy beyond the platform window.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed annually. The monthly price shown on each card is the annual cost divided by twelve, so multiply it by twelve to get the per-year amount.
Is there an annual discount?
All paid plans are already priced for annual commitment. Multi-year and portfolio discounts are available for Enterprise. Talk to sales.
Do you offer monthly billing?
Not today. We currently offer annual billing only on self-serve plans. Talk to sales if monthly billing is a hard requirement.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and your retained data shrinks to the Free retention window. Paid fees are not refunded.
Do you support SSO?
SSO is coming soon for Enterprise customers. If you need it before general availability, contact sales.
Where is my data stored?
Quaze runs on a major cloud provider in the EU region. Multi-region is on the roadmap.
